    Puppy licking behaviour

    My 20 week old female cav is licking our 3 yr old male cav genitals. Is this normal puppy behaviour?

    Yes It is normal. dogs clean each other. It also shows that the male is the dominant one between the 2 dogs. The submissive no matter what sex will clean the other....
