housetraining
Hi, I have an 8months old yorkie girl. She was 7months old when i got her. We are still working on the house training. The problem is she only does her `big` business in the flat, never outside. She already knows that she shouldnt do it inside, but she still doesnt know that she has to do it outside.
I always give her treat when we out for walk and she does something, but looks like doesnt help.

hi babsci nice to meet you. If you look around the forum you will find a ton of information regarding potty training. Kenneling your dog is one way. Putting your dog on a strict schedule of when to go outside is another way, and looking for signs that she is about to go when she is inside, is yet another way.
There are 3 major keys to training an animal. love, patience, and persistence.
Let us know how things go

Maybe try intermittingly giving her a treat and slowly fade the treats when she pottys out on a walk. Take her to potty outside in yard before the walk and treat her after you praise her. Since she never will know if or when the treat is coming out on a walk, but knows that if the pottying is done in the yard outside at home...lots of praise and treat come each time.
I am afraid that if you treat each time she pottys on a walk....she may learn to "scent mark" and you do not want that.
