potty training at 5years old

My poodle stitches is 5 and a diabetic,but is healthy he gets his insulin and only eats vet recommended food. Does not drink excess water,all kidney tests fine, but still will pee in house sometimes. What should I do?

Try and do feeding-watering-potty time on a schedule. Be sure he has time to run before leaving him or going to bed. Also, when he wakes up-nap or bedtime-out to potty quick same with feeding good luck

You should prevent the dog from any injuries. Wounds of diabetics are hard to heal.
