My Maltes his name is Peanut and he is also the most beautiful , cuddley loving dog I have known. First time for me for a puppy. Got him at 3 months so alot of learning to do and I must say that Shardo your e-mails that come in daily are awsome. Peanut loves to be with us so have always taken him when I can in his bag, on a lead , in car where ever able. Now I can take him anywhere even shopping he can't wait to jump in his bag when I stop the car as never leave him in the car He will sit in his bag very happily head popped out taking note of anything and everyone around him. Not a peep out of him , even been to airport.
Only problem I have is he gets a bit stubborn with walking , he does not really want to go out past our garage door Never runs out the front door just likes to greet anyone at the door. So now carrying him down road a bit then hopefully he will walk. He has to be in the mood thou otherwise he quite happy to turn round and go back inside. Have tried just waiting for him but have been standing on the pavement looking a bit silly for quite a while being patient in the end need to get home so have had to carry him home. To me this is not a biggy but if anyone has any tips as think it great for him to get a walk in. WE have a good back yard he can run around in and in the day when we at work he got a lovely area all undercover mats down lounge chairs which Rasin our cat keeps him company . At night of course he is in with us and sleeps with us wouldn't have it any other way.
