I'm a new kid on the block

Hello! I'm new to the forum, and looking forward to sharing info about my 2 dogs and 1 cat. There are several areas where I could use advice, and hopefully can help someone else at the same time.

My son brought his dog over yesterday, who pee-peed on my carpet. Although we cleaned it the best we could, my yorkie has been peeing in the house all day -- only once where the other dog peed. Any ideas/suggestions? She was doing so well until today.

if you can find the same spot where the dog peed, pour a little water over the spot to dilute it, then take some plain white vinegar and pour it over the same spot, let it sit for a few minutes then blot it up with paper towels. You can then use one of those carpet cleaners in a can that foams up, and clean the area again. I use to use Resolve.

    Hello and welcome andynana!!!

Glad to have you on board.

I agree with Sarah, you have to use more than just water to remove the pee stains and smell from dogs.

The smell of their pee (or any dog's pee) in the carpet can really attract them to pee on the same spot
    over and over again.
