    Hey I have a yorkie terrier mix and I have been grooming him myself.the only problem is I can't get the hair in between his paws what can I do.

    LOL Poodie! His growl is more than likely telling you he doesn't like you brushing his teeth. You can purchase tooth paste that have enzymes where you do not have "brush" their teeth, but just make contact with the teeth. You can also use the finger brush, instead of the tooth brush....

    Hi Krafty. I just saw your post and just wanted to say that we have a 7 month old Westie named Peggy. Aren't Westie's just the most awesome dogs??? I have wanted one for 20 years but I did not have the time. I am now retired and the time has been just right.....I am with her most of the time. She is an adorable, loving little dog and my husband and I are just crazy about her. My brother used to raise Westie's 25 years ago and I have wanted one ever since I became aware of them. We have taken her to obedience training and she has done well. She is my constant companion and she minds me. And Westie's are the cutest dogs......my nephew recently said she is so beautiful she should be in a commercial!!
    Just wanted to say "hi" and we love our Westie!!
