    Hi Donna,
I don't know about the whole car sickness, My friend is going thru the same thing. Her puppy is only 3 months. So i came in here to also find out about puppies being care sick. I'm pretty sure it should pass. But i can't guarantee that. Sorry I'm no help, Just wanted to let u know ur not alone.

I have a almost 3 year old Bichon that has always suffered from car sickness. He has gotten a little better but if we go on long trips I have to give him meds that pretty much put him to sleep. I have found a raised up car seat that has helped some as I read that just like people they do better when they can see out of the window. I like this seat because it attaches to the car seat and then you can attach the dog to the seat ( I use a harness to do this). He sits in this seat and loves looking out the window. Yes, I let him ride in the front passenger seat for now. If you do not want to do this I would at least put him in the back seat as the very back of a SUV can be a rough ride.

    Hi Donna,

I see your post was in February. Is your Poodle any better now? When I have to take my girls anywhere in the morning I do not feed them till we arrive at my daughters or wherever, sometimes not till noon. When we go to the Vet they get fed when we get back home. My Golden used to get sick when she was a baby if I fed her and my Vet did not want to treat her, he said she will outgrow this and she did.

    Good luck,

    Mia
