I have always used positive reinforcements with my dogs and it always worked like a charm. I want to try the clicker training method, does it really work better compared to simply positive reinforcement?
Any other input in training techniques?

I don't stick to one method. I use whatever I need for a particular exercise. Sometimes positive training only, sometimes treats, sometimes discipline, it all works out in the end. I think it depends on the dog and the circumstances.
Clicker Training works well if you know what you are doing. You must be precise. I suggest reading several books on the subject before using the Clicker Method. The dog associates the sound of the click with a food reward...but like I said it has to be at the exact momment the action occurs.
