    Pumpkin

I have noticed that my dog is not having very healthy #2's...
I have read that pure pumpkin can help with diarrhea and constipation.

So can I feed my Boston Terrier pumpkin to help with his poo problems..
and how much should I feed him.

You need to have the stools checked He may have worms, coccidiosis, or giardia.

I agree with Lee. Pumpkin is fed with his meals all the time, it should not be used as a treatment for unhealthy bowel movements. If after you have a stool sample checked, you want to feed him some pumpkin with his food, that would be great. I would give him a couple of teaspoons mixed in with his food. Some dogs will like it on the spoon. I would suggest you buy organic, unless you are buying the vegetable itself and cooking it down.

But first have your dog vet checked. You may also want to take a look at the food you are feeding the dog also, as this may be the culprit for the runny stools.
